Kandi Molyneaux

Founder & CEO

Kandi Molyneaux has over 30 years of experience in customer and business process related roles including sales, sales leadership, establishing alternative sales channels, performing and designing customer assessments, leading cross-functional initiatives to reengineer customer engagement processes, and aligning enablers. Her experience with commercial, civil, NGO, and federal sector customers gives her a comprehensive view of how all aspects of an organization affect the customer experience.

Prior to founding LOYALitix and during her employment with Siemens Enterprise Networks, she participated in the Executive on Loan for the Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Under Secretary for Management. In this role she developed the framework for implementing a Business Transformation Office along with a tool kit for driving change for back office support services to assist in the integration of DHS Components.

During her career with Siemens Enterprise Networks, she implemented and led the Business Transformation Office chartered with leading company-wide process reengineering, and the Center of Competency for enterprise project management, process management, knowledge management, and advocating business requirements to the CIO shop.

She has been a guest speaker on the topics of process reengineering in a customer-centric business model and enterprise knowledge management for Hammer and Company and Deloitte Consulting LLP

She is a Net Promoter Certified Associate, serves on the Board of Women in Business George Mason School of Business, is a member of the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Board of Trustees for her church.
